Product Return Policy

At Printora Designs, we strive to ensure that every customer has a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order. Customers must initiate a return request within three days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed. All original tags, labels, and packaging should remain intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags may not qualify for a return. Once your return request is raised within the eligible period, our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that return requests raised after the 3-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances. We encourage customers to carefully check their order immediately upon delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
