Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality control team. Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be aware that while we initiate the refund promptly, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
In rare cases where more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval and the amount has not been received, customers are requested to contact our support team for assistance.
